When you visit, Cloudflare may process standard technical data (e.g., IP address, request headers) to deliver the site and provide security. We do not receive or combine this data with other information to identify you.

3) When you email us

If you email us, we will process your email address and message contents to reply and maintain business correspondence. Email is hosted by Google (Workspace) and processed according to its terms.

Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests: running a business, responding to inquiries), and where applicable Article 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps or contract performance).

4) Service providers (Processors / Third parties)

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security, and content delivery. Technical logs may include IP addresses, user-agent strings, and similar request data. Data may transit or be cached on servers outside the EEA under Cloudflare’s transfer safeguards.
  • Google LLC (Google Workspace) — email hosting. Data may be processed outside the EEA under Google’s transfer safeguards.

5) International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the EEA. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and provider commitments).

6) Data retention

  • Website access logs: retained per provider defaults for security/operations, typically short-term. We do not build profiles from this data.
  • Emails/business records: kept for as long as needed for correspondence and legal/accounting obligations, then deleted or archived securely.

7) Your rights (EU/UK GDPR)

You can request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, and data portability (where applicable). You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Ireland, that’s the Data Protection Commission.

To exercise rights, email us at info@mind-digger.com. We’ll respond within the statutory timeframe. If we cannot identify you based on the request, we may ask for limited additional information to verify identity.

8) Security

We use reputable hosting and email providers, keep software dependencies minimal, and limit access to business data.
